[New Service] Launch of DeskMateSecure IT Infrastructure Services for Small and Midsize Businesses
Advange has launched DeskMate Secure, an IT infrastructure service for small and midsize businesses using Microsoft 365.
Microsoft 365 may already be in place, but only some employees may use multifactor authentication (MFA), administrator account ownership may be unclear, PC inventories may be incomplete, and security alerts may not be reviewed.
Even when settings were correct at deployment, they can fall out of step with actual use as employees join, leave, or change roles and devices are replaced.
DeskMate Secure does not add another security product. We review existing Microsoft 365 licences and settings, then manage MFA, access permissions, employee onboarding and offboarding, company PC registration and updates, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive sharing, security alerts, enquiries, and monthly reporting.
We address identified issues and summarize completed actions in a monthly report. Each month, we review the current environment, resolve issues, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
We assess operational maturity from Level 0 to Level 4 and report which features are available under the customer's existing licences. Implementation typically takes eight to 12 weeks.
