ADVANGE PTE. LTD. (“Advange”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in connection with our website, business enquiries and services managed by our Singapore entity, including our work with customers and teams across Asia Pacific.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and other applicable data protection requirements.
This policy applies to ADVANGE PTE. LTD. It does not automatically cover the independent activities of every Advange group company.
The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
Contact and enquiry information: your name, company, job title, email address, telephone number and information you provide when contacting us.
Business relationship information: correspondence, meeting records and information needed to prepare proposals or manage a business relationship.

If your request concerns personal data controlled by your employer or another customer organisation, please contact that organisation first. We will assist the customer with relevant requests in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
Where necessary for the purposes described in this policy, personal data may be disclosed to:
Authorised Advange group teams involved in the relevant business or service activity.
Service providers supporting the relevant website, communications or business processes.
Technology vendors and support partners involved in resolving an authorised service issue.
Professional advisers, regulators or public authorities where appropriate or legally required.
Sharing must be limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose and supported by appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.
Our work across Asia Pacific may involve authorised access to or processing of personal data outside Singapore.
Before transferring personal data overseas, we will take the steps required under the PDPA to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that required in Singapore, unless an applicable legal exception permits otherwise.
Depending on the arrangement, safeguards may include contractual obligations and appropriate organisational and technical controls.
Regional collaboration does not authorise unrestricted access to customer information. Customer instructions and contractual restrictions continue to apply.
The use of cookies and similar technologies must be explained in the notices applicable to the website you visit, including their purposes and any available choices.

We will explain any likely consequences of withdrawing consent, including where it affects our ability to respond to you or provide a requested service.
Withdrawal does not prevent processing that is otherwise permitted or required by law.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will assess it and take appropriate action.
Where notification is required, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals in accordance with applicable requirements.
When acting as a data intermediary for a customer, we will notify the customer and support the response as required by law and our agreement.
