This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of a global IT infrastructure connecting sites in Japan, China, Malaysia, and Singapore. As an L2/L3 engineer, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, from incident response to network design and cloud migration support.
First to third-line network incident response (L2/L3)
Operation, monitoring, and improvement of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
Security operations (EDR/SASE/SOC coordination)
Creating customer reports and proposing improvements
English/Chinese communication with engineers at overseas sites
3+ years of hands-on network experience (Cisco/Juniper, etc.)
Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF
Experience in incident response and root cause analysis
